National Shipments :

 

We are a small brand, so we need between 1 and 2 days to make the shipment, although we will always try to do it as quickly as possible from the moment we receive the order. Once the shipment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email so that you can know at any time where your package is. Our products are shipped from Madrid, Spain, and the approximate reception times are as follows:

 

• Peninsula: Since we work with Correos Express on a peninsular level, we can offer you faster shipments, so it will take 24-48 hours for your package to arrive from the moment of shipment.

• Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Between 3 and 4 business days. In these regions we work with shipping by Certified Letter, so we need the DNI to be able to make the shipment. The reason for choosing the Certified Letter is to guarantee an easier reception for you and also to know the status of the shipment at any time.

In some of these countries we have several suppliers for shipping, so depending on the customer's choice, the arrival time of the package varies between 2 and 10 business days from the time of shipment.
